To: I Drive Too Fast

Hypocrisy is the Brothers’ middle names. They make a deal to ally with the GT’s for the task and then break it. And don’t take our taxi! I hope they get Guido’d in the final episode.

But I’m with Jill - I can’t stand any season of AR that doesn’t include a leg in India. I’m tired of the spoonfed transportation, the silly tasks, the clues you don’t have to actually figure out. I still watch the first season on DVD just to remember what it was like when teams really, really, REALLY had to work on their tasks and figure out clues.

And bring back the fast forward for more than one leg. There’s no strategy to it anymore. One FF in the season, well of COURSE the team that gets to the clue box first is going to take it! And if they have a far enough lead at the time, no one else is going to try.

Amen to that. The way they do it now is totally boring. If they would have at least three or four in a season, some excitement might actually come out of it. A team that's at the back of the pack could take the risk and either zoom ahead to first or lose their place and go from second last to last.

And fixing things so that every team is always on the same plane, boat, or bus makes it so dull. The producers think it'll prevent one team from falling too far behind. Instead, it makes everyone move in a big pack and ensures that the team with the fastest runners always gets ahead.
