My wife and I said the same thing while only being able to stomach about ten minutes of his rambling, twitchy diatribe.
He was faking some sort of jive/country shucks and by-golly accent that was bizarre to say the least, and continually touching his face. It was weird.
Isn’t this the second time he said for people to be quiet ... do I have that right? Something about getting out of the way or something like that???
