I’m sure there are court records available in San Francisco that document the class action suit he was part of and received a settlement from. Maybe someone in the Bay Area can go do the research.

That was L A T E R ~ Van had plenty of time to cruise down to LA, try to burn out the Koreans (if you want to know what the Commie motive is to all this) then cruise back to San Fran, rest up, appear in a "march", get arrested, and then spend a couple of hours in the lockup.

His own boss clearly indicates Van didn't even get an overnighter.

All too many people are of the impression the Obamistas just hate white folks ~ actually, reading between the lines they hate Asian anti-Communists.
