In his first term, President Bush had to use private lawyers after he was denied government lawyers as counsel. I don’t recall the issue or what was the reason. It should be explored to see if Obama’s DOJ lawyers can be thrown off the case.

The conflict of interest here is so thick you couldn’t break through it with a jackhammer. Eric Holder is guilty of malfeasance in office from back in the clinton days. He just keeps racking up his total. I hope to Dear GOD that when this administration is brought to justice, the trials for treason and high treason go on for years until every one of them is brought low for what they have done to this country.

Seems simple to me. Candidate Obama is charged with not being qualified to be president. Since the ministerial responsibilities of the secretaries of state, the electoral college, the congress and the USSC were not met, he was sworn in.

However, the charges are regarding his behavior as a candidate. He signed a form provided by the party, that he met the requirements. That form was given to the secretaries of state. This was all clearly before the election.

The DOJ has no responsibility to represent a party based upon their actions prior to taking office and they are wasting tax payer money.
