Oh, the forget-me-not seed cards at your mom's celebration of life were such a nice touch. I wonder what sort of climate the flowers do well in.

I don't know, but several people told me that they couldn't get them to grow. They look like they might grow were violets grow, in cool shady spots. We have none of that here. LOL.

I made a cover to go over the seed packets that had a graphic of Forget-me-nots and a poem I found that I thought fit nicely:

"Silently, one by one,
in the infinite meadows of heaven,
blossomed the lovely stars,
the forget-me-nots of the angels..." - Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I tied an angel charm on each one with a blue ribbon. This isn't a good photo, but it will give you an idea of what they looked like....

How pretty, Lori. Another of your special touches. :)

Mr B and I went to a "Remembrance" party this past weekend of one of his good friends. It sorta took on a 'remembrance' of both the man and his constant companion of 15 years - a beautiful dog who gave her last breath the same day he died.

That was a wonderful memento, Lori.

The poem by Longfellow is perfect! I’m sure your Mom was pleased.

Hugs.
