Doc said the quarantine is mandatory. Probably another government memo, I suppose. I don't really care, I keep 'em all home when they are sick anyway. I don't want to make other people sick.

Doc said the quarantine is mandatory. Did he explain the quarantine? For example, if my son were sick, could my husband go to work? Sounds like no, or else what is the point of quarantine?
