Art Bell made a personal plea.. begged.. Obama to fix his wife’s visa problem getting back into the States. Mentioned a few times how he voted for him.

As for U.F.O.s , I leave a open mind about it, but, I am of the camp that says, I'll believe it when I see it.... however, reading about it, or listening to Coast to Coast is still interesting.
The only ones I see as loons and not worth listening to is liberals.

I know that story. The wife was Filipina and Art even wrote his Rep in his district...a Dem. The controversy is now over and she was granted a green card.

Art Bell was a former Marine. One of my Filipino friends in Seattle knew of Art Bell when he was broadcasting from Manila in search of the “mananggal”. The “mananggal” is a night creature of half-woman, half-bat which supposedly eats humans at night. Then he said “this white dude is crazy..but he’s damn entertaining, though”.:)

Yeah it’s pretty unfortunate that Art voted for Zero. He’s also a self-described libertarian. He got sucked in like a lot of other libertarians that heard how America was going to get out of the war and become isolationist. He also said he liked Ron Paul too. I’m sure he regrets his vote at least a little by now.

I don’t really care though who they voted for because the show is more about hearing all sides on weird, entertaining subjects, and yes sometimes current events. It’s really interesting to hear the mostly libertarian views that you hear on C2C.

Yep! I remember Art talking about that mananggal and saying he asked his wife about it and she was convinced they are real. The show is sometimes fun.. sometimes creepy.. but always interesting!

It’s just interesting that some of the stuff John Titor talked about regarding black holes was laughed at at the time but now Stephen Hawking has essentially accepted those theories just recently.

You should check out johntitor.com for everything on him. I doubt he is a time traveler, but who knows maybe he could see the future.
