If your email account is a web based service ala hotmail or excite or yahoo, then you're fine. If you are referring to the normal POP3 based email, you'll lose it.

I switched from one cable company to another last month. Hotmail is as always. It’s not like a proprietary thing such as RoadRunner. You can access it from any ISP.
