Bread’s bad for you too. White starch turns right to sugar...not approved.

Starch "turns" to sugar because it is a long polymer of sugar. Sort of like a big wall of bricks "turns into" bricks when you take down the wall. Sugar is what cells run on biochemically. It all goes around in a big circle.
