Just avoid white food, flour, sugar etc and you are 3/4 of the way there.
I can eat a huge prime rib and enjoy every guiltess bite because I don’t eat the bread, never a starch with it, always the green beans on snow peas or whatever and I don’t feel the slightest bit stuffed.
Although I must say, at the DC tea party, I was REALLLY bad food wise.
Green Tea is maaaaaaavelous as well. Really helps with cravings, too.

Maybe the tea parties should have been called green tea parties; then they would have been healthy as well as patriotic.
