Right now, I can’t take supplements. In a prior post, you pointed out the adverse consequences of soy - soy can be found in supplements and in some medications. I may be allergic to soy and will be tested for food allergies later this month.

Soy intolerance does NOT show up in allergy testing...The only way to determine whether you have it is by limiting diet...adding soy (Creamer or salad dressing works best) If you have a reaction repeat the process. (mine usual manifest itself in a variety on ways...Sudden bowel spasm, inflammation: swollen hands, feet, abdomen)

BTW since I've started taking my vitamins and minerals plus vitamin D3 seldom have a reaction. Have you had your “D” levels tested? My adult onset chronic asthma was nothing more than a severe vitamin “D” deficiency.
