Wouldn’t any shoe have the same amount of germs? Is there something different about a flip-flop? Were I to wear my tennishoes on the same route, I assume the same germs would be on them.

For the bajillionth time, I just saw the ad for “Obama Commemorative Sneakers”.
They come with a free basketball.

If those fugly things don’t repel *everything*, I’d be amazed.

You should know better than to try and bring logic into such a conversation.
Next thing “THEY” will be telling you to wash fruit before you eat it...or veggies straight out of the garden...
I know, they already do but “THEY” poison the earth with gazillion chemicals that ruin the taste of the food that comes out of it.....
Let’s see now...cover yourself with skin block several times a day and drink 2% milk and suffer the consequences of having Vitamin D deficiency.
When I do drink milk, it is of the Whole Vit D type, forget any sun block or sun tan lotion,
