Wouldn’t any shoe have the same amount of germs? Is there something different about a flip-flop? Were I to wear my tennishoes on the same route, I assume the same germs would be on them.
(shivers!) If wearing Jandals is dangerous, imagine how lethal it could be to run around barefoot!!!
There ought to be a Law!
There’s something I never understood.
Stores have policies that require “Shirts and shoes”.
If somebody’s “shoes” expose most of their bare feet, why can’t *I* just go in totally barefoot and be happy?
[and how *small* a “shirt” can I get away with?]
:)
You’re just wearing the wrong shoes.
For the bajillionth time, I just saw the ad for “Obama Commemorative Sneakers”.
They come with a free basketball.
[I kid you not]
If those fugly things don’t repel *everything*, I’d be amazed.

Blue flip-flops are the national footwear of Taiwan.
Seriously.
Ooh! Ooh! Do a study! Then you'll have a mobile running-with-scissors lab!
This is preventative public health care in action.
This is what American police will look like in a few years.
They will have their guns removed after they have disarmed/pacified the American public.
Wouldn’t any shoe have the same amount of germs?..etc..

Ya Think?
You should know better than to try and bring logic into such a conversation.
Next thing “THEY” will be telling you to wash fruit before you eat it...or veggies straight out of the garden...
I know, they already do but “THEY” poison the earth with gazillion chemicals that ruin the taste of the food that comes out of it.....
Let’s see now...cover yourself with skin block several times a day and drink 2% milk and suffer the consequences of having Vitamin D deficiency.
When I do drink milk, it is of the Whole Vit D type, forget any sun block or sun tan lotion,
Isn't it a shame how they redefine normal behavior in order to stigmatize it?
Next thing you know, eating a whole pizza will be taboo.
BTW, NOT GUILTY!
I know, I wash my flip-flops regularly just to keep them looking nice. Who knew I was washing all those dangerous germs off them? That said, wouldn’t it be beneficial that I can wash them regularly, as opposed to my work sneakers that have to traipse through all sorts of public transportation and semi-public restrooms?
Although, they should’ve checked a college student’s flip-flops. Would they be cleaner than usual from being worn in the dorm shower every day, or have more nasty germs than usual from being worn in the dorm shower every day?
