Yes they still make Lead Pipes. They are great as “cheater Bars” or “breaker bars”, I buy them to use as an extension to the handles on my socket wrenches when I need more “Torque”
It’s a cheap solution but they are nasty if they fall on you let alone get hit by one!

I use plain old mild steel pipe. Harder to form to the shape of the handle, but a lot easier to pick up with a magnet if I drop it down a hole.
