My apologies. I did not believe that pointing out that smoking is a health hazard constituted an attack on smokers. A physician's duty is to guide his patients toward a healthier lifestyle.

My goal was to offer my perspective as a doctor to warn Americans of the perils of HR 3200. The more they learn about this irresponsible legislation, the less they like it.
