The thing that makes me laugh is that these hucksters can sell something so easily disproven to a main stream media outlet without any apparent scrutiny. Yet when someone asks to see Obama to produce his long form birth certificate to help verify the circumstances surrounding his birth they are derided and called idiots, racists or worse.

I will give a crude analogy: burning coal produces heat that turns water into pressurized steam that turns a turbine connected to a giant alternator that converts this energy into alternating electrical current that can be transmitted using the power grid and transformers. The electrical current transports the power like the chain on a motorcycle transmits the power produced by the engine to the rear wheel. When electrical current reaches your home and is channeled through an electrical device designed to use it back to a grounding wire it completes a circuit. Believe it or not this circuit is analogous to the chain on the motorcycle. When the circuit is broken no power is transmitted.

An electrical generator converts mechanical power into electrical power. The alternating current generator or alternator does not produce power just as the chain on a motorcycle does not produce the power used to propel a motorcycle. The power comes from another source, some type of engine that uses fuel.

This reminds me of a story told to me by an old German lady. Her home was ransacked by Russian soldiers. The soldiers stole all of the lights from the house and were infuriated when they could not get them to work outside of her home, so they smashed them all. This video illustrates that to most people including news anchor people that electrical power is still incomprehensible magic produced by magical devices that don’t necessarily need any type of fuel. It is no wonder that snake oil selling leftists figure they can still sell anthropogenic global warming even ten years after the best data demonstrates clearly that a cyclic global cooling trend has started.
