The problem with France and the French, and I speak the language and have been to school there, is that the best of them got killed in WW1, and WW2. The ones that were left to breed included some beautiful women, but the men, well, they’re short on some qualities.That's the problem with the human species..unlike the animal species who do the opposite....we kill off our best and allow the weak to breed!
