Blame me. When I created the "All" "Y'all" and "no one in particular" screen names, I intended them to be used to differentiate a post to a specific individual from one that invited everyone who saw that post to to read a general comment.
They exist to allow one to make a pointed comment not directed to a particular person, and as such have prevented zillions of hurt feelings and flame wars.
You have the distinction of being the first and only person to create a stink based on "all".
