damn indeed... could be some short grids107% rule: I wonder how many newer teams will be able to make this? I’d have to go back and look, but my WAG is the first 1/2 of last season, some of those teams might have never gotten on the grid if this rule had been in place. HRC especially.
With restricted testing time, they have almost no chance of improving with these kinds of rules. I understand why they did it, but damn.
