I would image that Max’s mechanic would be under a Gardening leave clause in his contract. Max, Newey and Marko have a special clause for them to leave early. So we send Max’s mechanic ahead for next year and after the season, surprise, guess who’s moving for 2025.
I don’t think this is over, just reached plan B stage for some….
