It started raining and they brought out the safety car for barrier repairs from an accident at Tertre Rouge corner leading onto Mulsanne.

When it started raining it was chaos. Some cars went off at the Porsche curves as well and there may be barrier repairs there too. Still under safety car. Cars are changing back to slicks and having problems under safety car.
