The book “Total Competition” by Brawn and Parr is a very interesting read. There is a nice section covering reading of the rules and interpreting the written rules. If you have not read the book, it is great and provides incite into the thinking of Ross Brawn which helps with understanding the direction Ross may lead the F1 in the future.
