All the signatories actively participated in either the fraud, the cover-up or both.

Yeah, I didn’t think the signatures were forged. I just meant that it looks like each person signed again and it wasn’t a rubber stamp signature.

Then in that case, Obama committed felony fraud by signing this Rhode Island one that stated he was "eligible under the laws and Constitution".
