Maybe.

I don't think so. If he wasn't a Natural Born Citizen at birth, nothing can change that.

Indeed, any attempt at a change merely acknowledges that there was no NBC status in the first place.

I am not sure you are right. I think I’ve read that a foreign born child is afforded all the legal considerations that a biological child is afforded.

Until someone can explain differently, I still think it’s possible the last adoption made him Barry Dunham, born in Kenya, adopted IN America IN Hawaii by TWO american citizens (his grandparents) AND a he is Natural Born Citizen.
