The "Certification of Live Birth" in Hawaii did not exist until November 2001. If you are from Hawaii, and request a "birth certificate" today, you'll get the abstract "Certification of Live Birth" by default -- it's easier for the clerks to pull that up on their computers and print.
From what I've observed (and shown below), if there are 4 digits for the year that the person was born (also Y2K compliant), then the form is a "Certification of Live Birth":
... vs a "Certificate of Live Birth", which shows only the last two digits of the year that the person was born:

that the fold marks are VERY prominent, not at all like Bambi’s
and wrinkled all to hell,
and that the seal is very easily scanned or seen,
unlike Bambi’s unfolded unsealed unwrinkled version seen “online”
