I can read some of the text. The registration district is Mombasa in 1961. Birthdate is Aug 4, 1961. Baby name is Barak Hussein Obama, male. Father is Barack Hussein Sr, and mother is Stanley Ann Dunham. It looks like the time of birth is 1137 am.

Can’t read the background text, but it appears to be something in Dutch or German.

Dutch - and as everyone knows the British Crown, ever since the glorious revolution of 1688, has required that all legal documents in the United Kingdom, its colonies and provinces have to be written not only in english but also in dutch.

The text in the background is Dutch and says something like “this is a non-negotiable document”. It must be a check or a stock certificate. (Dutch is not the official language of England or Kenya).

The background appears to contain Afrikaans/Dutch language words.

Can anyone read the text of the background? It's in code. It says "BE SURE TO DRINK YOUR OVALTINE"

The background text is Dutch. One word, voorzitter, means something like president, chairman, speaker.
