From the article, it sounds like the candidates of both parties are bought and paid for. He says to get the conservative candidates who would be 3rd party onto the main party ballot, but how does that happen with the corruption involved in picking the main candidates? Example, NY 23. They wouldn’t let Doug Hoffman run as the Republican, they chose Scuzzyfavarite.
