>>> Great Value’ brand... I think they are viewing the future and know they will have to meet the needs of the shopping public. Oh, and they had a HUGE (6’ high and about 12’ long) display of sliced white bread - $.49 for a large loaf!!! <<<<

I found the 49c bread, when shopping in Buncombe county..

the local wally, here where the buses don’t run , it’s 1.08

( added expense to haul it over the mtn. )

the Great Value items are taking over the shelves here as wally streamlines the selections.. don’t bother me as the items are acceptable and I’m not much on name brands anymore..ha.... ( Except Kenwood, Icom and Yaesu )

I did find a super deal on a 500g seagate usb external backup drive for $63.

Received an email from Bruce Hopkins - internet-grocer.net
with this very interesting and important article...

The following link is from Jon Christian Ryter. This is an extremely important article ... and—it
looks to me—shows that ACORN is the group that succeeded in installing Obama in office with phantom
votes ... and we’re in much deeper sh*t than you’ve imagined:

This is an important article. Probably the most important article you will have read in the year of
2009. It explains why third party candidates can’t win ... and it tells you why Obama did. Here is one
sentence from deep in the article...

http://www.jonchristianryter.com/2009/091115.html

/snip/
One of the most interesting facets of the Election of 2008 is that the Obama Commerce Department won’t release the factual numeric data on how many eligible Americans were actually registered to vote in that election, even though they claim 56.8% of those eligible to vote, voted. According to the Bureau of Statistics, 132,618,580 votes were cast in 2008. The problem with those statistics is this: in 2008, there were 169 million registered voters in the United States. Eighty-six million of them were registered Democrats, 55 million were registered Republicans and 28 million were registered as independents. If 56.8% of them voted, a lot of people cast multiple votes, because 56.8% of 169 million is 96,992,000 voters. The simple math says there were 35,626,580 too many votes in the ballot boxes. /snip/
