Thanks. 57 today. Birthday dinner is smoked brisket. Cooked it on the gas grill (cold side) with hickory chips (on the hot side) for 11 hours last night. An acid marinade and a great dry rub mix helped the beef get tender and delicious. Will accompany with cole slaw that I have yet to make.
