If he is talking the difference between name brand and generic drugs by law the generics only have to be 80 percent as good as the name brand. Due to new insurance at work my wife and I were forced to go to generic drugs when one is available. My wife has been on pain meds since 1999 when she was broadsided by a couple of punks in a car. she went through 4 days of hell adjusting to the generic drugs and they don't do the same quality of pain control as the name brand.
