The one that is of most importance, the issue that Obama has spent millions of dollars in legal fees to fight, is a viewing of his certificate of live birth (AKA “the long form”).
The long form lists the place of birth. A key feature for eligibility for President, as spelled out in the Constitution.
Others have displayed “the short form” (or a likely forgery of it). Prior to 1971 literally anyone could register their birth in Hawaii and get a short form. The short form lacks appropriate information about the place of birth. It basically says: “this person was born...and here is a document from Hawaii that says they were born”
The considerable effort and money that has been expended by Obama and significant eyewitnesses (Obama’s grandmother) to a Kenyan birth give the issue considerable credibility.
