Last year i kind of just looked at this situation like conspiracy theory but there seems to be some new evidence but i'm a little lost when it comes to the new intricacies of the situation
can i get the evidence for and against the birth certificate issue so i can make my own assessment on this, I know rush hasn't touched it that much but Hannity brought up the Major Cook issue
I really want to believe this and i trust most freepers but i need to evaluate the facts
I don’t think it misses the point and yours is very salient.
Rather the other chatter establishes the guy as a fraud and neuters “This whole about Obama is a Fairy tale”. At least that is what a past perjurer said.
You may not have been born in a hospital but is there a provision for “midwife” on your form?
There is on mine and many other I have seen including the one for my friend who is 99.

I just can’t get past the fact that Obama could produce a long-form Hawaiian birth certificate tomorrow that is either completely forged or completely legitimate.
It still wouldn’t resolve those two issues. Those people chanting “Show us the long-form birth certificate” are going to be sorely disappointed or shocked when he does. And their issues with the circumstances of his birth will still be unresolved.
Obama can’t prove he’s a natural born citizen and we can’t prove he isn’t. The SCOTUS has to resolve the issue.
First
Barry does not meet Natural Born Status under the 14th and some of the other criteria. Hell he tells you, at the minimum he was born with divided loyalties from a citizenship stand point.

I don't think we are going to get to court with that unless more soldiers say “I am willing to go where I am ordered and will even give the ultimate sacrifice. But, I as an American Soldier can only, in good conscience, follow orders from a legitimate and unencumbered by clouds and suspicion of eligibility, President of the United State of America.

Go ahead. Make my day eliminate an issue of contention so we can proceed from there. I don't care which one it is. If he is forced to cough up the BC then all the other issues come into play.
If the BC is legit then the other issues of Natural and Divided will be part of the same case.
Synopsis: Eligibility to be President
All agreed:
- Obama can be President if born in the USA to two US citizen parents
Central Disputes:
- was Obama born in the USA?
- can a child born abroad be eligible if only 1 parent is a US citizen?
- can a child born in the USA be eligible if only 1 parent is a US citizen?
I was born in January (19 and 41) and it was April before my parents registered me.. I wonder. No. There were no other choices, I suppose. I think most states allow up to a year (for the parents to make up their minds?).
There was a place for a witness (attendant) to sign labeled, physician, midwife or other.
In my case the attendant was a doctor.
What if "other" signed it and was paid (or a friend agreed) to say s/he witnessed the birth but I was actually born.. who knows where.
Chief unJustice, John Roberts the pirate, has made it quite clear that he is not going to allow the issue to come before ‘his’ court. With that final blow to the rule of law, the Constitutional Republic ended. We now live in a federal oligarchy ruled by demcrats. The affirmative action past has finally caught up with us, murdering the once healthy Republic.
We don't know that Chief Justice Roberts (+3) won't hear an eligibility case that is properly brought before them and is well-founded upon accepted legal principles. Try as I might, I haven't yet found a case (including Leo's) that unquestionably and resoundingly demonstrates standing as it is legally defined.
Granted for the sake of discussion that any one citizen should be able to challenge in court whether or not something is constitutional. It's the irrational but legal tying together of injury and causation that prevents these cases from being heard. We haven't the legal ability to demonstrate concrete injury that resulted (or will imminently result) directly from the defendant's actions. Take Orly's case regarding the reservist as an example. If the reservist voluntarily requests deployment, he cannot then demonstrate that the defendant's actions caused or will cause him injury. (One could argue that his own actions, rather than the defendant's, brought him closer to injury.) The mere possibility, however likely, that the reservist could be captured and tried as a war criminal does not demonstrate injury or imminent injury.
Since we cannot know how Chief Justice Roberts voted in conference on the eligibility cases, we cannot know with certainty that he does not want to hear a proper case on the merits. It is not within his power to prevent a case from being heard if four justices other than himself want to hear it.
I've often wondered if Roberts wanted to administer the oath of office to Obama or if he believed that he had no choice since the Congress certified the votes of the electoral college.
However, I do agree with Leo Donofrio's statement that it's all over for us as a Constitutional Republic, but that happened long before Obama came onto the scene. The "Greatest Generation" let us all down when they didn't challenge the usurpation and abuse of power in their generation.
There won't be a Santa Claus for us either when he puts us on our knees five times a day.
The “natural citizen” question will soon be decided by the hand picked Sotomayor. You get one guess how she’ll see it. Hussein knows this is bound to hit the fan one day and he’s rapidly getting all his minions in place before it does. It’s also why he’s been shoving all these bills through so quickly because the more times he’s signed his name the more the sheeple will whine about “but, can’t we just let this be swept under the rug because it would be too much trouble to press the reset button.”
