I think white bread makes my second knuckle on my left hand hurt when I eat it. Whole grain doesnt seem to have the same problem. I think it is the refined wheat but is this normal? Not sure. Is it the second knuckle from the left (outward) or from the inward (right)?

No, it’s not normal, but if you stop eating white bread, I’m sure you’ll be typing away in no time!

The pointer on the left hand. There seems to be a correlation between finely refined grains and pain. It can be very painful. Pressure seems to help. It dose not change it’s ability to move. It just as easy to scratch my nose with. I should see a Doc maybe?
