When you reply to something- Look below the big boxy thing. It reads:

Tagline: (optional, printed after your name on post):

That big long boxy thing below that is where your tagline goes. You can put something witty in there and we all get to celebrate the fact that you are witty.

I can't do HTML worth a damn, but it only took me a year to figure out the tag line thingy.
