I was reading on Drudge that a Major is refusing to be deployed because he does not believe that BO is legally the president and that if he goes into action he could have war crimes brought against him. We need to have more and more of these challenges to his birth and legal presidency. If every military person stood up and refused to be deployed they would have to settle this would they not?
That soldier has more guts than I do.
I hope that the judge does NOT tell the soldier that if he does NOT follow orders, he, the judge, will send the soldier to prison for a long time.
