Is there another lawyer? She is passionate but can be emotional. Not a good thing when you are standing in front of a judge.
This judge never tries to intimidate and is a specialist in COMPLEX cases, which this would be. As I said before he bends over backwards to allow a valid point to be made, so it will depend on th eevidence more than on the attorney.
