Actually, I thought a few of those examples were nearly as artistic and/ or difficult to make as the new Mayan one. Not quite, but in the same league.

I thought they were dumb and crude especially the question mark
Anyways I can't find them taking credit for any crop circle on the scale of this Mayan one
I have them down as hitchhiking parasites and publicity hounds

All of those also look to be really large, as evidenced by the size of the trees in the photos.
