Who gives a darn what Robert Farley thinks? Who appointed him as the arbitrator of these questions? What are his qualifications? I'd bet my last dollar that Farley voted for Obama last year, so he can hardly claim to be non-partisan on this.
Les Kinsolving was right. A COLB is not a Birth Certificate, no matter what the spin of the Hawaii state bureaucrat Farley chooses to quote. Plus, contrary to Farley and FactCheck.org, that COLB which was posted on the Internet is a fraud, as proven by Polarik's paper.
