Quite the IT specialist, that Janice! The redacted number, 151 1961-010641, is neither a userid nor a password nor a personal ID of any significance. It is, in fact, just their "file number". So far, nobody else has trotted out a BC with the same number (the commonly suspected reason for the redaction). The last six digits are a sequence number. Someone did compare it to the number of births in the year and found good agreement with Obama's birth date.

Once these folks testify, and even better, provide documentary evidence, you’ve impeached Obama’s COLB, essentially by impeaching them all! Why didn’t you mention this before?
