To a socialist everything is political, from a beauty pageant to your kindergarten. They feel the need to politicize absolutely everything.

We didn’t have anything that bad. But, we did have a group of drummers who had a signs on their float saying, “Drums Not Guns”.

Did anyone else join you in your heckling of the Termites?

Yes, they had a very small presence in our parade - a couple of Commie Grannies had tshirts on that said Health Care for Everyone. They were an insignificant presence. I just averted my eyes for a few seconds.

Good for you for leading a Bronx Cheer.

"At my local Independence Day Parade the local Bolsheviks (aka DemocRATS) marched in the parade holding signs saying "One Nation, Single-Payer Healthcare". It was the most disgusting display I have ever experienced."

This sort of behavior is only going to continue unless the public either starts throwing rotten eggs at them or beating the crap out of them.

We had on guy holding an Obama/Biden sign at the Indiana, PA tea party last night. Our benevolent host told him he was welcome. At one point, he started chanting “O-bam-A” and I instantly started with “U-S-A!” and we all drowned him out. I will give him this:he stayed the whole time, and even took some well-deserved ridicule. We had some awesome guest speakers including our own “Bob the plumber!’

No, we were pretty patriotic, but my son wore an anti-Obama tee shirt he bought on EBay and every professor there took a very good look at it and made snide comments to their friends. Of course, he’s 6 ft 4 and weighs aroun d 250 pounds so they could only look, LOL.

The Bolsheviks were stunned that anyone would heckle them in the parade

They'll regroup and come back... after midnight.

Which community/state?

In one of the local California parades, the tea party patriot group was told they could recite the Pledge of Allegiance, but only once in awhile. They were not permitted to continually recite it.
