Another SEVERE comment directly clearly towards me is the one right after John Valentines in post #31 by Reign of Error:

"I'd love to see how you maintain your cars."

Implying I drive a pos or don't maintain my car. THIS is severe/insulting.

You claimed that an expensive machine with a dead battery is useless. This would certainly be an unusual attitude if applied to automotive maintenance. It was in direct response to your argument, and was not a personal insult or attack.

If this is what counts as "severe/insulting" in your book, you should consider avoiding arguments on the Internet.

Ok maybe useless was a poor choice of words as you can still use it plugged in like I am doing with my Compaq. For a laptop that expensive it would be great to offer a spare battery, but since there was overwhelming praise over how well Apple handles warranty claims maybe I underestimated Apple.

I have said in other responses that I am not calling this severe/insulting, but I am using Swordmakers terminology based on his classifications of types of attacks.
