I'm getting brave enough to try new stuff. :)

The weather bug in post 1530 says it is 114 degrees at 3:48.
We are planning to go out to dinner ... Olive Garden.
It is going to be miserable; I need to stop by Costco first.
Marissa has only been out early this morning and then to get the mail.
This heat makes her listless also.
Hopefully it will get a little cooler here next week.

We are going to drain Marissa's pool and put it away for the winter.
It is too hot to go out to swim.
When we get home from vacation, it will be almost time for school to start.
Where has the summer gone?

That graphic is so precious. Right after i did my last post, my son called and said “baked potatoes were in the oven, corn boiling on stove and he was going to put steaks on the grill”, and for me to come down! Well, it didn’t take this smart lady long to hop in the car and head down! It was delicious and how sweet he is! Thank you, dear God for my sons! I have much to be thankful for! We all do!!

I know your weather must be just terrible to stand. My DIL and I were walking around their yard after dinner and it was just plain chilly. I even threw a light weight jacket in the car in case I needed it coming home. I am like the Mayor said this morning....this July has been extremely unusual. July and August, we generally roast those two months. Global warming has not struck Tennessee yet! LOL!
