Try having to clean up after putrid people like that. I had these good ole rednecks help me, great people and didn’t puke once. Took 4 pickup loads, a straight truck, and a long trailer full of garbage out AFTER the pukes broke their lease.
My brother had a renter who called and said the heat was out.

When he got there the guy had a fire going in the middle of the living room.
Some other used the fiberglass bathtub to BBQ a pig in and burned the place down. They thought they had done good cuz they opened the window over the tub before the started the fire.
