If I recall correctly, Berg claimed either that he had seen a copy of the real Kenyan BC or had spoken to a reliable person who had. He stated that he was expecting a copy to be received shortly and would post an image of that copy on the 'Net in the future, but never did.

Please correct if I'm wrong.

If memory serves, the Kenya documents were supposedly filed in the case which the corrupt judge sealed so the discovery materials will not see the light of day because Obamadinejad’s lawyers claimed it would embarrass their client.
