I didn’t know Ebay had a section for spoof auctions?!?

Can a member do something like this and not be penalized?

as of this moment I think it may be real...

The $ million buy it now is a binding contract ....all ebay stuff is a binding contract ...not that ya cant wiggle out of it ...but this guy is putting himself on a limb if he doesnt have what he says he has
