My Mother has Fibro and I didn't see this posted. Hope this helps someone. There is also a new FDA aproved drug that has shown some promise, sometimes within a week: Lyrica.

I googled it and it is an interesting read for fibromyalgia and more (as I don’t have fibro...)....

I started Lyrica about six months ago, and it has changed my life. Even family and friends tell me they can see the change. I still have normal aches and pains, but not the debilitaing kind.

Lyrica made my head really swim at first but once my body got used to it, I found it really worked well. No longer taking it but would recommend it for all-over chronic pain relief.
