I don't get it then....The guy takes property that belongs to someone else (he states that he does this often and takes pictures of it), he destroys it by cutting it up and it's NOT a crime? The evidence was out in the open on the street.

If someone steals something from me and it is recovered, but damaged and I decline to press charges against the person, shouldn't that be the end of it and the police halt with any further activity on the matter?

Who filed a complaint alleging a crime was committed? What a person says is one thing, determining the actual evidence of a crime is another. Bottom line: was a complaint ever filed by any of the past or present 'victims'?

Use your head. That isn't name calling, that was identifying your liberal behavior which you put on display when you lied in your post #42, when you said that I "hate cops", when I said no such thing, nor did I even suggest it. THAT is liberal behavior, you lie about someone, try to put words in their mouth, and attack them for something they never said, and then when called on it you play the poor hurt victim and claim it is 'name calling'.
