Obama’s support is beginning to erode among some people, particularly whites who voted for him. But they’re often afraid to say so for fear of being thought politically incorrect.
I live in one of the most liberal counties in the US. I occasionally do a verbal probe, just offering a hint that Obama isn’t perfect or that people who worship him might be attributing too much to him. I find quite a number of people who might once have adored him who indicate that they are becoming disenchanted, though they are very circumspect until they’re sure it’s safe to say so. It’s interesting . . . and very reminiscent of life in Soviet Russia.
I know it is scary isn’t it. I am scared to say anything negative about the One also.
