Well, I missed the first 17.
A little amendment trivia I found while trying to figure out if today was some big anniversary of the 18th. The quickest amendment to be ratified was the 26th which took only 100 days from when Congress passed it until enough states ratified it. The 27th took the longest at 74,003 days.
