face it, N-S, your position is NOT in consonance with ANYTHING in the Constitution. in fact, your thesis is ANTI-Constitutional, as it tries to make the states subservient to the central government.
and once more, show us all in THE CONSTITUTION where secession is banned and/or where begging permission from the federal government/anyone else is required. (i'll save you some time - it is NOT there, anyplace!!!)
the TRUTH is that unilateral secession IS and always was CONSTITUTIONAL, under the TENTH AMENDMENT to the BOR.
